SYMPTOM:
Terminal is beeping and flashing
"SOLD OUT" when a feature or all features are selected.
CAUSE:
You have not set up the
showtimes, seats and available ticket categories properly or at all.
SOLUTIONS:
Set up showtimes for every movie
and specify an auditorium with the correct number of seats and make
sure you have made at least one ticket category available for sale at
each showtime. Make sure to set one schedule as current so that there
is something for the terminal to use to set showtimes, available
seats and the user has some ticket categories to sell at each
showtime. Double check your work to be sure that the times, seats and
categories are accurate for every movie.
